Wow...what a trip! We saw EVERYONE while we were there! So much family to see, so little time. It was a whirlwind! Ella defititely has a strong fan base. She is so loved!

Well, Jeremy's mom and step dad flew back to Texas today. :( The Harper family is on their own. So far I've cried, Ella's cried (but for different reasons), we've had a diaper explosion followed by her best throw up session yet. Projectile. :) I'm excited about our journey. I love my baby to pieces.

Today Jeremy and I took Ella to the hospital to do the dreaded heel prick. It was horrible. We both almost cried and Jeremy told me that can't do that again. I don't blame him!

My baby is 1 week old today! Ella Nichole was born on January 28th at 12:54am. She was 7lbs 9oz and 20 inches long. She is the most beautiful thing I have ever laid eyes on...I am so in love.
